1. Post of technical faculty will be on contract basis.
2. Salary can be negotiable.
3. A candidate should have completed his or her degree of bachelor of technology or bachelor of engineering from a recognised university with the branch of electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering/ MBA in marketing / MCA/ MBA in human resource management.
4. The candidate age should be minimum 18 years- 62 years. This age is not applicable from the internal candidates/ or candidates already in IBPS contract or agreement. His integrity should not be in doubt in the serving period.
5. The role and responsibilities of the candidates would be like he or she has to writing, sourcing, reviewing questions in the area of specialization of electric, HR, marketing etc. And the roles provided by the reporting authority.
6. The job would be on contract basis. The contract would be of 1 to 2 years. In between there would be review of the job.
